By using ChalaParcel, you agree to these terms. ChalaParcel provides same-day intercity parcel delivery services within Uttar Pradesh, India.
Service: We facilitate parcel delivery through our network of bus drivers. We are a technology platform connecting senders with carriers.
Liability: Maximum liability per shipment is ₹500 for insured parcels. Uninsured parcels are shipped at sender's risk. We are not liable for delays caused by weather, road conditions, or other force majeure events.
Prohibited items: Explosives, flammable goods, illegal substances, live animals, perishable food (without prior arrangement), and any items prohibited by Indian law.
COD: Cash on Delivery collected by drivers is remitted to sellers within 24 hours of delivery confirmation. A 2% COD fee applies.
Cancellation: Shipments can be cancelled before pickup. Once picked up, cancellation is not possible.
Dispute resolution: All disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.
